KMZQ 670 needs automation help!

I listen to Michael Smerconish's show online through KMZQ (no affiliate in Phoenix), and Friday during the 9am hour, their automation was stuck playing non-stop promos for one hour. Doesn't Mr. Kemp want to run this station professionally so he can build an audience. He's got the signal, but not the right setup.
