KMZU's "Radio Don" Sibley passes on

It is so sad to hear that KMZU air personality "Radio Don" Sibley passed on Friday morning at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. He had just recently turned 70 and according to the KMZU website, had been diagnosed with cancer three weeks earlier. http://www.kmzu.com/

I grew up in KC scanning across the dial and fondly remember coming across his distinctive voice on then AM 1430 and 101.1-KAOL. Many generations of Mid-Missouri radio listeners have grown up listening to their good friend on the air, "Radio Don." I know you are in a better place now, but you will be so dearly missed. Good-bye to our friend in the night..."Radio Don."
