How much longer will it take for Cumulus to take control? It seems like a long time since the sale. Has the FCC approved the sale?

The Trade Inside Radio mentioned a few weeks ago that April looks like
the Close for Cumulus on Sesquhanna. I have a few friends on the inside that think that's about right too.
