Lowell Cohn calls him a moron, and he is right, but is moronism worth a suspension, let alone possible firing? Devils advocate, why not just tar and feather these idiots publicly for being stupid instead of making them go away? Let's hold people accountable but every little offense is now turning out to be a slippery slope out the door. Why not just have a ******bag jar where every offensive statement said ota is filled with levels of cash by the person saying it. Here, why not fine him $1000. Donate it to whatever charity the offense is aimed at.

I'd say a week's suspension is sufficient -- he said it on 1050, not 680, so far more people have read about it after-the-fact than heard it live.

There has been no shortage of idiocy in the wake of the Incognito/Martin thing. I'm sure FOX isn't going to suspend Jimmy Johnson or Michael Strahan, who were equally idiotic on the subject Sunday morning.
