KNDD and HD

Hm. My HD radio in the car is not receiving KNDD's digital signal. The data is not coming through either. No problem receiving any of the other local stations though. I noticed this first on Sunday and was surprised to realized the hadn't fixed by this afternoon...
 
I just checked on one of my tuners as well and indeed no HD Signal is being broadcast
There could be a number of factors as to why KNDD's HD is off.
-Air Chain work
-STL Issues
-Glitchy Software
Then there’s always the possibility Entercom is super slow and scrambling to install PPM encoders
Thus temporarily bypassing the HD on the 107.7 signal.
One thing about HD is it absolutely needs to be installed correctly to be reliable.
(KNHC is a prime example of how to royally screw up HD, it sounds AWFULL with pre emphasis!!)

SRD, since you seem to know what to do, why don't you volunteer some engineering assistance to KNHC?
 
Hey now, I never said I knew what to do! I simply replied to the post, and gave an example of how you need to be careful with HD as a side note. That’s all!
Sorry if it was to "in your face" SO
