Knon billboard?

Saw a KNON billboard off LBJ/Jupiter area. That's weird in and of itself. But there was also a talk show (or two) mentioned on it. Sounded like something syndicated instead of local, which is also odd. Anyone heard of a format change or re-tweaking going on there?
 
There's one on I-30 westbound between Ferguson and the Fair Park curve. Promotes something called "Democracy Now" and another show that I don't recall. I've heard of the D-Now show so I assume that it's syndicated.
 
Democracy Now is syndicated by CD. When I left KNON in 03 that show was playing with the idea of running on a weekly basis during the morning lineup. I dont know if Tunde Obaze is still running things as the news director or not. When I left a chick was the news director and Tunde was just the Wednesday morning show. I'm curious where they got the cash to fund an ad campaign and I think they're still close to I-30 and Ferguson. Last I saw they were in what used to be the Deep Ellum area.
 
Last I knew, Tunde is still deeply involved with Rational Radio.
