Well, if the station is expecting its satellite listeners in Glamis, CA to come up with the difference (the station near Yuma appears to be off the air as well), it's probably just whistling in the wind. I mean, Glamis is just a pitstop and a sand play area for dune buggies, jeeps, and two- and three-wheel motorcycles during the winter months...
