KNWZ gets Rush

KPSI that has carried Rush from the start looses him to KNWZ. Local host Rich Gilgallan takes over the 9 to noon slot on KPSI.

K-News is an interesting station. It's three AM stations trimulcasting, in Palm Springs (1140 KNWQ), Coachella (970 KNWZ) and Yucca Valley (1250). Plus there's a translator at 94.3, I suppose also in Palm Springs. So what do we see on the website? Only the translator, as in "K-News 94.3, The Voice of The Valley." Although the webpage identifies itself as KNews 94.3 FM and 970 AM.

It seems both K-News and KPSI have most of the main syndicated Talk shows split between them. Rush, Hannity and Coast to Coast on K-News, with Beck, Levin, Savage, Laura Ingraham and Dennis Miller on KPSI. Two stations where anytime day or night, you can hear how bad Obama and Hillary are, except overnight when the UFOs and ghosts come out to play on K-News.

Yes, in Fresno KMJ has almost four times the numbers of 1400/96.7. As for KPSI Rush is pretty much the only show that ever got good numbers.
