Voicetrack of Reason

On my recent trip west, I noticed that KOAQ was strangely absent from the AM dial. Usually, this little AM is a blowtorch on a long stretch of I-80. Is the station swap between Legacy and Armada Media in trouble?
 
They changed their format in March from Hispanic to classic County. The swap did happen, but Armada is in trouble big time and the entire Scottsbluff group is in big trouble. Chris Bernier supposedly is personally running the group.
