Different story with Jeff and Jer of course. Like em or not, every station they have been on pretty much withered away and crumbled after they left (which makes you wonder how JACK survives).

Easy! Outside of the morning show, where's the expense? After Jack is paid ... there's really nothing left on talent expense.

Well, you know what they say Chris, "You can't win the Lotto if you don't buy a ticket." I'd say KFMB FM checked out of that race, vote not counted, if drafted will not run, if elected will not serve, Florida, Florida, Florida, and assorted chliche's...

Lotto is a tax for the poor.

KFMB-FM 100.7 may be more profitable as Jack than as Star. (Percentage)

It might not play well in Lubbock, Texass, however Jack FM at 100.7 has an audience. Just like KPRI, the station serves an audience.

But don't expect that to play well on the Great Plains near the 29 Freeway.

Ah yes, you would be referring to 105.3 JACK FMTM. We'll have to wait on that one, they are still building a tower and a signal righ now, but they are here http://www.1053jac.com , and you have to give the owner of KJDL (who I know and have worked with) credit, going from nothing to having a CBS affiliated News talker (that runs you favorite Dennis Miller) on AM and an FM sister who's name is JACK.

As for 100.7, I of course meant the "ratings" race, not the profits race, and I do get the point indeed.
(psst, it's the South Plains, and I-27... But you can call it the Bobby Knight freeway if you'd like!)
