Arbitron only lists subscribers' ratings now, and KOKY, which is owned by a divestiture trust, doesn't subscribe to Arbitron. KOKY is operating on a shoestring because Cumulus doesn't want to pay more than it has to in order to operate a station it's forced to get rid of, and Arbitron subscriptions can get pretty expensive. That's why it didn't appear. I would assume Streets 101.1 doesn't subscribe either, though I suppose it's possible Streets really didn't show.
