KOKY not seen in the last Arbitron ratings

Did KOKY fall off that far due to poor programing along with the competition of heartbeat or did they simply not report to Arbitron in the latest book? I don't see them listed nor do I see streets 101.1

Arbitron only lists subscribers' ratings now, and KOKY, which is owned by a divestiture trust, doesn't subscribe to Arbitron. KOKY is operating on a shoestring because Cumulus doesn't want to pay more than it has to in order to operate a station it's forced to get rid of, and Arbitron subscriptions can get pretty expensive. That's why it didn't appear. I would assume Streets 101.1 doesn't subscribe either, though I suppose it's possible Streets really didn't show.

Actually Nielson bought out Arbitron, so they should show up in the next book. Free ratings once again.
