KOLE-AM Beaumont....anything?

I know that KOLE-AM in Beaumont WAS the Fox Radio affiliate in the Triangle a few years ago..then it dissapeared. No website. Nothin'. The question is, is KOLE 1340 STILL on the air. Is it for sale?

KOLE is airing a regional Mexican format as La Ley. Hadn't heard about a sale, so I'm guessing the signal is leased (probably to Roberto Cano of the local Latino newspaper La Voz, since his is the voice I usually hear there).

KOLE would be a good home for a Houston News92 FM simulcast to cover the Triangle, if there was interest in doing such a thing.
