KOOI Xmitter problems?

Anyone know why KOOI is off the air? Apparently they have been for over 24 hours. Their website says they are having technical difficulties.
 
I heard they burned up their antenna line.

I have no idea. I got my info second hand, so I hope it was reliable to begin with.
