Extremely doubtful.
Think about it, they recently filed to move their city of license over the CT/NY border - expect a transmitter move in the not too distant future. They're not going to switch to a format that's dominated by a flame throwing signal that CBS-FM has (as opposed to the 3KW signal the coast currently has). It just wouldn't make sense. Personally, I would think they would even try to distant themselves further from resembling any their past format to make the station an alternative to those who prefer something other than oldies.
