kool oldies online

Has anybody heard if kool oldies is going to ever come back online. I liked that station but Wilks took it off their website as well as other HD 2 stations. I am not a Denver person.

Sadly no, he decided not to ever do that.. those with an HD radio can only listen to that station but he wouldn't allow people to stream it and since it has been in face make up stage for a while now I don't see that coming back up for sometime.

Funny someone should bring that up....I was a big fan of "All Number One Radio" when CBS ran the place, and it was one of the first stations I heard frequently on my iPhone when they launched the AOL Radio app.

Is that station even available anymore locally in Denver as an HD-2?? The website has a placeholder. "iheardeadpeople.com" was cool, too. Not that anyone cares about HD but you had to give them props for being semi-creative.

Yeah that is the only way to listen to those side channles, remember when Wilkis took over he decided to not allow people to listen to the HD side of his stations at all, he just wanted people to listen to via hd radio.
Which stinks maybe if his company goes under some day and he sells again maybe the next owners would reverse that.
