I think you'll see a repeat of Kool and Froggy/Gator when WSOS moves to Jacksonville. It starts at the top and rolls down hill.

Would GM sell a new SUV to the public missing three tires? Ok they might. LOL
But the real answer is no.

Would Chrysler introduce a new model called M, then 4 weeks later say the exact same model is N instead.

For what ever the reasons they do not seem organized. New stations take time
to develop and work the kinks out, the ones that succeed and hit big are better marketing machines, and an initial product launch is all about marketing. The radio competition in Jacksonville is dam good, and smart, Renda cannot afford to be this sloppy if they expect to be around for a while. Radio is changing and it’s about building an audience and keeping it! Listeners have many choices, so keeping that crucial listener once you have it is even more important now.

I'm sure that most of us couldn't agree with you more. This whole scenerio with KOOL is getting very old.

> While this KOOL thing should've been good out of the box, for whatever reason it hasn't been... you had better hope Renda puts something together soon - Infinity just "Jacked" 'CBS-FM in NYC and WJMK in Chicago yesterday. The Oldies format still has "legs", but the powers that be are looking for younger cash. I for one hope North Florida gets to keep a viable, vibrant Oldies format alive for a while! May the force be with KOOL 100.7

and fallen again out of the box but get ready for a programming
blast that's been almost 4 months overdue. When will this happen?
Fourth of July weekend ? Do they deserve another chance ? First
they need a PD who knows what their doing.
