KOPY-AM (Alice-CC) flips to FOX Sports

I was traveling thru the Coastal Bend Saturday and noticed KOPY-1070 is now running Fox Sports talk. No local commercials, No station ID's. Just pure network feed. Don't know if anyone will listen, since KTKR has Fox Sports programming and comes in pretty good in the Coastal Bend. Also, Corpus Christi already has one Sports Talk station (KSIX, ESPN-1230).

KOPY has one of the best signals in the Coastal Bend, it's a shame they can't find some decent programming.

Did I miss (or misunderstand) something? I thought KOPY was moving next door to Corpus by changing their city of license to Odem. Now there's nothing to show that the application was approved, dismissed or withdrawn in the FCC info.
