Kost is still all christmas. I have heard them sprinkle christmas tune in here n there after christmas but never still all christmas after christmas.

KOST Goes All Christmas Friday

I heard on air that they will remain all Christmas music through the coming weekend. It’s refreshing, most stations drop it at midnight on 12/26 without looking back. That’s what KOOL-FM and KEZ did here in Phoenix. Luckily I can still listen to KOST-FM on the I-Heart radio app and Hallmark Channel radio on SiriusXM. More stations need to keep playing Christmas music past 12/25. There is still a demand out there for Christmas music, at least until New Year’s Eve.
By who? Santa-holics? First Christmas tunes I hear I flip my radio off or to another station.. If I tuned back in day after Christmas and still heard Christmas tunes, my head would probably explode. {Not that I hate the songs, just hate the fact that they play the same damn tunes over and over but sung by 50 different artists/groups. It's still Fu****g "Jingle Bells" whether it's sung by the Barking Dogs or Burl Ives. Only version of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" they missed was the Kermit/Miss Piggy one.}
Hearing Christmas music on KOST today (12/27) is like the smell of spoiled food when you open the refrigerator. At the rate this ‘Christmas Creep” is going, I see KOST going Christmas from Labor Day until after the Super Bowl in five years. Okay...it’s a stretch....lol.
Iheart must have done research n it showed at least in los angeles people would enjoy hearing christmas music till the new year. It is an experiment i assume and we will find the answer out a year from now if they continue playing christmas music after christmas. It is very strategic i am sure. They have lost some listeners till next week but i bet not alot!

KOST played Christmas music until 4:56 am, Monday Dec 31, with the last song being "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" by Michael Buble. Then it
switched to its regular pop format with "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield at 5:01 am.
It continued playing pop (not Christmas) until 11:58 pm, with Janet Jackson's "Escapade" at 11:58 pm
12:00 midnight, Jan 1, it went back into Christmas format with "I'll Be Home For Christmas" by Josh Groban. It continued playing Christmas songs until 4:58 AM with "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" by Peter, Paul and Mary. The next song was Sia's "Chandelier" at 5:01, ending the Christmas format.
As for playing Christmas music after Christmas (Dec 25)....it's OK, I guess, if a bit anticlimactic. In some cultures, Christmas actually goes on until, or is celebrated on, Jan 6 (re: "12 Days of Christmas") but I don't expect mainstream radio stations to play Christmas music after Jan 1.
