WKKD didn't monitor two EAS sources, at time of inspection, they were not monitoring WBBM
WKKD didn't provide FCC Inspector with EAS logs
WKKD operator on duty was unable to perform EAS test
WKKD didn't have a written designation of the Chief Operator
WKKD's Chief Operator wasn't signing or reviewing the station logs
WKKD's Public Inspection File did not have Issues and Program Lists
for 4th Quarter of 2004 and 1st Quarter of 2005.
Visit was done on April 20th, according to document
Letter was sent on July 13th with 20 days to respond.
Isn't this station run by professional broadcasters with great credentials from Chicago stations? Don't they run Health Network programming? How could this happen?
Do you think they'll get fined?
