I imagine Falcone's business model with this new venture is the same as it was with HC2: as low-power "real estate" for infomercials, shopping, and other niche subchannels.

TV was never a big priority for Lotus, who is unloading this and their Houston LPTV, probably to help fund the Seattle radio buy from Sinclair.
