KPHO 910 AM chart from 1958

Here is the actual published survey from that date:

Here is the final survey published by KPHO as a Top 40 station, on 12/28/1959. They switched to an MOR format on 1/4/1960. IIRC, this was their format until Meredith sold the station, and it switched to country as KJJJ in 1971.
