They'll be carrying all 63 games live, including up to 4 games at a time in the first and second rounds using their digital channels. Cox Cable will also be carrying the KPHO digital feeds on Channels 705 (normally the HD feed on Channel 5.1), 764 (Ch. 5.2) and 765 (Ch. 5.3).
Channel 5.1/705 will be running standard definition for the first & second rounds rather than HD, but will return to HD for the Regionals and Final Four. Any TV with a digital box or tuner/antenna combo will be able to get all the games.
I don't know if DirecTV or Dish Network is carrying all CBS game feeds, nor whether other stations around the country will be doing this as well.
CBS Sportsline is streaming all games over the internet for free this year (register now before it's too late - there's limited room). It was $20 last year.
