I talked to the guys broadcasting the McMinnville Bears playing Dallas baseball game yesterday.I noticed very little equipment and asked how they were connecting to the studio.A Cellphone! Both announcers had headset microphones and their power looked like a 12 volt motorcycle battery.How is the connection accomplished to the broadcasting cellphone and to the station board?Is the airtime expensive?KLYC should try this to broadcast more local games without running their micrwave setup.Vernhttp://h1.ripway.com/radiousa
