KPOO Increased Signal Strength?

Anyone know if KPOO increased their power/range? Their signal is usually crappy even within SF, much less outside the city. But over the weekend they were coming in like gangbusters -- even halfway down the peninsula, which (in my experience) never happens. A permanent change or just an aberration?

There is nothing in the FCC database in terms of a change of facilities or an application for same. In fact, nothing other than the license renewal this past summer and the transfer of control due to a gradual change in the Board of Directors of Poor People's Radio since 1997; when more than 50% of the Board changed, it triggered a requirement to file under 4 FCC RCD 3403.<P ID="signature">______________

Probably an aberration. The heavy rains the previous weekend, followed by relatively mild weather, have increased the incidence of ground fog, which can refract FM signals.
