KPRC All New Field Reporters

KPRC has gotten all new field reports and even the weekend weather guy I have only seem him twice. What is up with KPRC about every 6 months they seem to get new field reports only 2 of there field reports have been there longer than 6 months??
 
They do have several brand new folks, but they've also got reporters like Phil Archer and Mary Benton who've been there forever. Benton has been there almost 20 years. Archer was there long before that. Plenty of others have been there more than 6 months: Arnold, Bauer, Boyle, Davis, Eisenbaum, Gilmore, etc. Not 100 percent sure, but my guess on the weather guy is that it was Eric Braate, their weather producer/fill-in meteorologist.
