KPRC-AM feed on a HD channel?

Seems alot of the AM stations have subchannels on an existing HD channel.
Why wouldnt 950AM KPRC do the same? Maybe 94.5 HD3?
 
I used to listen to the AT 40: The 70's on Saturday nights, but that must've been dropped. I haven't heard a show aired in months.

740 was on KLOL HD-2, then when 101 was spun off, it moved to KKRW HD-2. No HD receiver, so I haven't the foggiest idea if it is KQBT's HD -2.
