I noticed that Radio Aleluya has a translator K227BD that covers much of the same territory that La Que buena Es supposed to cover.

Both on 93.3 Fm, which one serves that area more? Which on is more listenable?

K227BD covers a tiny part of southern coastal Brazoria County. The KQBU protected contour stops at the northeast corner of that county and there is no overlap.

A rimshot of Houston. I noticed that they are also broadcasting in mono, which may make a difference on the fringe or deep fringe.

Sometimes. 93-3 tends to light the stereo for a few days, then back to mono. Been going on since Party was blown out. Funny thing is, I never heard Party drop the stereo when it was @ 93-3. Yet, it has been flipping between stereo and mono during both incarnations of Que Buena.

You think it's bad now, you should've listened to KQBU-FM back when there was a booster up near IAH.
