KQED News Executive Raul Ramirez dead at Age 67

Raul did reform the way PBS Affiliates and NPR Stations handle their programming from Educational, Telecourse, Arts and Music that NPR and PBS originally put their emphasis on to better quality, Investigative News, International News, Better Documentaries with Propublica and CIR to better Talk Radio on the NPR Stations. Also Raul was a major player in making sure that the West Coast as in Sacramento and San Francisco DMA's get fair representation on the national Public shows such as PBS Newshour and NPR News.
