I'm sure every radio station has their share of radio guys that think they suck. But like someone mentioned, it's those who get diaries that matter. Since diaries = sales, assuring diary holders are happy is really all that matters.

Worse, based on YOUR definition. That's like me saying my favorite Rhythmic of all time is KYLD/San Francisco (5-8 years ago). Just my opinion, so I don't state it as fact. Ratings tell the story, and that's all that matters. Luckily, KYLD also had great #'s at that time during the heated portion of their battle with KMEL, but I digress. ha!

Even Jack FM repeats the same songs more thAn once. You should probably do a little research to learn more about music rotation on contemporary-based radio stations. There is a reason for tighter rotation (than say, Classic Rock).
I don't write to defend KS specifically, but rather to hopefully shed some light on reality here. You (radioman12) often let your opinion get in the way of facts. If you want to state your opinion, that's fine. Just please let readers know you are doing that - Otherwise you look unintelligent.

Personally I've listened to KQKS, and I see no problem with the way they are programmed or with their playlist for that matter. KS107.5's management knows what works for them in Denver and it shows in the ratings and revenues.

Anyway, sorry everyone, but I’ve just graduated from DenverRadio.net to this board – It seems intelligent life exists here. My question to wise elders on this board is this: How can listeners, trap with the lack of Urban music on Denver’s dial, encourage the powers-that-be to invest in a true R & B radio format?
Points of clarification:
KS 107.5 is a Hip Hop format. NOT an R & B format (big difference). This station fit will on the Denver dial when it was complimented with Jammin 92.5 (classic soul format –still not a true R & B format). However, now as a pathetic standalone for Black music in Denver, it truly is the only source for Urban music in Denver. I believe, despite what most listeners express on the boards, that listeners in Denver are STARVED for BIG CITY music.

Ahh very good, I never intended to hide my other identiy from the other board on here. So you figured it out good for you.
Actually no I am not in need of any serious therapy at all! I just think it is really sad for a grown man to call me names and to act like that. Plus i personally don't like to be called names at all, I think it is mean and very childish thing to do! So you can't stand me big deal, I don't care.. That is up to you if you can't stand me. I never attend to make anyone stand me, but I do come to this board to but two sense in on this board and on the other one.
I am sure there are people on the other board that can't stand you either..

Actually no I am not in need of any serious therapy at all! I just think it is really sad for a grown man to call me names and to act like that. Plus i personally don't like to be called names at all, I think it is mean and very childish thing to do! So you can't stand me big deal, I don't care.. That is up to you if you can't stand me. I never attend to make anyone stand me, but I do come to this board to but two sense in on this board and on the other one.
I am sure there are people on the other board that can't stand you either..
