Lotus is just following the demographics. Retro 92.1 reminds me somewhat of La Preciosa 92.9 in Visalia-Fresno although KFSO 92.9 is an iHeart property. Right now the KQKZ ads are in English but that will change over time; Lotus has experience with Spanish-language radio in the Bakersfield market. They own KIWi (banda/regional) and really claasic (ranchera/mariachi) KCHJ.
