It looks like 1520 AM San Antonio has a new construction permit to increase power to 20 KW, during the daytime hours.

Anybody know the status? When will it actually come back on the air? I haven't heard 1520 since last year sometime, when they were asking for people to rent the station before it just went dark and hasn't returned to the air yet. I presume the AM's dark because AM radio is just so old now not a lot of people listen, but maybe with the power increase things will look up for KQQB as the signal will reach further.
