KQSP 1530 Minneapolis - Spanish or English?

This station had been running all USA Radio shows, co-owned with the USA Radio News service. But did it flip to Spanish language contemporary? It's powered at 8,600 watts by day. But 1530 is a clear channel frequency for Cincinnati and Sacramento, so it drops to only 10 watts at night. I wonder if you can hear it after dark in the parking lot?

I could hear it in Wyoming at night when it didnt drop power... but the low modulation and lack of any local liners or commercials didnt help in IDing it when hearing it from a distance

The station has been completely dead air for a few months now. As to the nighttime reach, not much further than Chaska/Chanhassen (and not even all of Chaska OR Chanhassen).
