Bill Taylor owner of KQSS and KJAA Globe passed away last night after a battle with liver cancer. He has given the stations to Rolley James, former Los Angeles dj and talk show host.
Bill Taylor also was the program director for the defunct KKJJ 103.9 in Payson from 1984 to 1985. He was in Los Angeles radio prior to coming to Arizona. He even appeared on TV's "Hee Haw". He often talked about meeting The Beatles in their early years and how they'd basically cuss out any DJ that wanted to talk with them or wanted any favors!
