KQUE-AM difficulties

Around 9:45 AM this morning, I was scanning through the dial and heard a very loud, pitch-varied whine on KQUE-AM's 980 KHz signal. It doesn't appear to be foreign interference of any kind.

Anyone else hearing it this morning? I may see if there's a way to report it to the station if the whine sticks around for very long.
