Since KRCB-DT 22 move their transmitter from Sonoma Mountains to Mt. Sutro, is Comcast going to move their cable channel slots south of San Francisco and Oakland from Channel 200 to Channel 22? Also, is Wave Broadband in San Francisco bay area going to add Channel 22 to their cable lineup?
Also, KTLN 8 changed their city of license from Ft. Bragg to Cloverdale, Ca in which is located at the north end of Sonoma County. Is this mean that comcast going to add KTLN to their cable line in the San Francisco Bay Area? Since Comcast bay area doesn't have this channel on their cable lineup.
What are the rules when it comes to changing their city of license and/or moving their transmitter location closer to center of the majority of the population? Are cable companies required/force to add the channels to the local areas if their tv coverage move towards the center of the population?
