KRC's new sked?

Any guesses for what replaces Dave Ramsey on 55 when he moves to FM? (Not a good move... he's safe at 'KRC but will have nowhere to go when 96.5 fails)

Seems, for some reason, CC added Rollye James to a couple of its talkers recently, including powerful WGY, and she airs live in the 10-mid spot, and her schtick agrees with the station's apparent desire to be less political pre-Noory. Clark Howard also fits that bill, and perhaps his success on WHIO would interest them. But why do I have a funny feeling that TRN's AR department will use Ingraham to get the bland Jerry Doyle or (much worse) Rusty Humphries (who's live then) on? Of course, TRN's affiliate sales crew is the only part of the company that has any talent or initiative, including The High School Dropout.

*Bump*

Hmm, Michael Savagefollowed immediately by Mark Levin. I guess it's a smoother transition from one crazy reactionary to another one than from a crazy reactionary to a boring financial advice show.

Why is everyone quick to write off 96.5? It won't beat WLW, though Mancow could do well if promoted (ie billboards). Also if Furman showed up to do local sports talk and truly went after WLW then it could have some impact, especially if Bengals keep losing.

I saw a Supertalk 96.5 billboard on Liberty Street this afternoon. I've been listening to Mancow & Phil Valentine quite a bit. It would be nice to get a local host or two, but I enjoy the station.

Are Doug & Dave from 55 krc's old Geektalk still around? 96.5 has too much SNR!
