KRDE sale failed

It appears the sale of KRDE has failed.
They filed a non-consumation notice 6/9.
Apparently, an engineer did some work for trade in about 10% ownership and wanted his part of the 6.45 million.
Even though his petition to deny was dismissed, the delay must have killed the deal.

Sure hope they didn't start spending money too soon.
