KRIV 26 HD Problems

I live in the Kemah area of Houston and have a hard time receiving KRIV's HD Channel (26.1) When I get any signal from them it frequently cuts out or has quite a lot of pixelization. I receive all the other network affiliate's HD/SDI stations without any problem. Anyone else have this problem, know anything about KRIV HD or could suggest a solution?
 
I'm in Bacliff and have no problems - I have an antenna inside my attic (single story house) for HD locals - they're all coming from the same direction. The ones I can't get reliably are Pax/i 49 (DTV 5 - antenna doesn't do well on VHF low), KTBU 55 (DTV ? -something in their signal causes tearing on my receivers), and KNWS 51 (DTV 52? - I think they're broadcasting at 2 Watts of power...). In the bedroom I have a Set-top box with rabbit ears - don't get 8 either on that one (DTV 9), but can now get a decent signal on KPRC 2 (DTV 35) and catch Leno when going to bed...

My Tv will not even get regular 26 & I live on the south west side about 1/4 mile from the loop
