KRJY 1240 AM Sells, but to whom?

I hear that the once mighty 1240 AM (KRJY) has sold. I've got no idea who bought it. It's been spinning in circles for years and the gospel format of late apparently did nothing in ratings or revenue. Anybody know who the buyer is, and the price?

There was an attempt at a family reorganization regarding KRJY a while back that was objected by Entravision (The Purchaser of KBMB) and The Beverly Group (The court appointed receiver that was assigned to run KBMB prior to the sale to Entravsion.

It peaked at just under a two share 12+ as a talk station. It was the highest numbers the station had since 1981.
