KRMG ON TV

KRMG is broadcasting their morning show on Channel 12/19 beginning at 6am. Gives a great perspective on what "goes on" on the air. Very interesting.

I saw it this morning and will probably make it part of my routine, I think it's great!
Morning TV in Tulsa sucks, between reporters with sleep in their eyes to consultant driven crap, I don't watch morning TV in Tulsa anymore and I know I'm not alone.
This concept is something different, I wish it went all the way to 8am. Good luck KRMG!

Is KRMG doing anything new or just novel? My answer is novel.
I listen purely for news, weather, traffic, and sports in the morning that's it. I feel like Joe Kelly is playing the role of John McCain apologist, I don't know if that's really him or he's being told to by management. It seems to me he's constantly including the typical "John McCain is being mistreated by the liberal media" story in his show prep b/c he feels like he has to.
He's also the constant pitchman for Neal Boortz, Rush, and Sean.

"Did you hear what Sean Hannity said yesterday"

Joe teases whatever it was Hannity said the day before for about a half an hour. Then he finally plays it. And guess what? It's Sean Hannity attacking Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, or Nancy Pelosi. Wow, a big shock let me tell ya.

Then Joe reminds everyone we can hear Sean from 3-6 on News/Talk 740 KRMG!

It's old, it's boring, it's tired. I'm the demo you want listening to your station and I could give a crap.

John Erling stirred the pot and it made for great radio. I know he made a lot of people mad, but I for one miss his sense of humor and what he brought to Tulsa radio. The KRMG Morning News is boring, dry, and a commercial for the remaining 9 hours of KRMG programming. I just don't care anymore.
