This refers to Larry Krueger (not "Kruger"), who, coincidentally, will be doing the sports updates on KGO/810 this week from 4-7 p.m. on the afternoon news.
The M&R report includes details that implicate Giants VP Larry Baer in helping to bring the incident to a full boil -- which Baer denies -- in order to force KNBR's hand in the matter.
If it's true and it gets to court, this could be very embarrassing for both the Giants and current KNBR management.

If this gets to court, Susquehanna deserves it...but, this will more than likely never get to court...Settlement...Sounds like they have a helluva case...

Everyone involved is getting what they deserve. But, Krueger should have been a bigger man and told Salvadore NO in that garage...(if that really happened). Salvadore knows that KNBR is the Giants and without them, the station is nothing. I'm sure he misses his drinking buddy now more than ever.
