If that price is correct, I hope he's using his own money and will operate the stations for his own pleasure and enjoyment. Even including some of the real property, he's overpaying.

The formats are ESPN sports/Baylor flagship and classic country. Lance has posted some additional details. The buyer is a former athlete at Baylor. Former NFL Player Acquires Waco Duo

I can't imagine the classic country is desired by the buyer and would expect the most likely outcome is Fox Sports, which currently airs on Moss' translator K230CK (93.9), going to KBHT (1590) and it's translator (99.3) with the seller keeping classic country by putting it on 93.9.

With the numerous sales and the bankruptcy filing... at this point though, I think all the M&M facilities are likely all on the block.

While KRZI (ESPN 1660) has historically been a strong biller, Moss does seem very gifted at getting top dollar when he is on the selling side.
