Since KOSO 93.1 in Patterson CA move to 92.9 and downgrade to Class A for Modesto. Can KRZZ easily move to San Bruno Mtn or Mt. Sutro from Hayward? (If concerned about 92.7 KNGY, their signal are grandfather when it comes to spacing).
 
Doubt it. They also have to consider 92.1 in Walnut Creek. These 3 close spaced stations are a real mess, at 92.1, 92.3, & 92.7.
