KSAQ apparently upgrading to cover SA

They're apparently in Stockdale now and upgrading further. Based south of San Antonio near Pleasanton, Karnes City and Jourdanton they play classic country as well as local news and stream online.

Any ideas on what signal they will use to cover SA? Can they upgrade KSAQ itself?
 
Some of you might think this is what a local station should be.
KSAQ is excellent with covering local news on their Facebook page.
Last time I was in their coverage area they were great on FM as well. Hope their upgrade comes to fruition. You should be able to hear them on TuneIn or here.

Not unless they have figured out some kind of multiple signal transaction. At present, the 60 dbu covers fewer than 10,000 people.
