KSAZ launches a Mobile/Handheld feed

A new mobile/handheld feed began transmitting on KSAZ (RF 10) last Tuesday. It seems to be a bit different than the feeds on KPNX and KASW, as it gets about 50% more bandwidth than the others.

I don't have an enabled phone or other handheld device, so I don't know any other details. I don't believe that it's encrypted, but I may be mistaken.

KSAZ is not yet encrypted, while KPNX and KASW are.
