KSBJ on 99.5

Hey.

I am getting KSBJ on 99.5.  Their page on radio-locator.com does not list this as a translator for them.  Could this be the Sugar Land translator formerly on 99.9 that has been reactivated?

They should call the thing "Lazarus FM."
 
The 99.5 signal has been on for five or six weeks; I first heard it the latter part of March. Call sign is K258BZ. I'm on the edge of the coverage area at my Cy-Fair location about 20 miles away from the transmitter.

Still not listed on Radio-Locator, and doesn't come up on an FCC FM query. You have to do some more digging before finding the FCC authorization. Running 99 watts, IIRC.
