Brother Van exits KSCS according to AllAccess, I hope KSCS changes to their HD format "The Twister". I like The Twister's playlist now, we need a real Texas country station like 95.9 The Ranch in Ft. Worth. Any thoughts?

Reminds me of when Citadel took over ABC: dumping second-tier talent (not meaning ability, but placement in the hierarchy) to avoid cutting bigger names. Bill Kinder and Dan Potter come to mind. And to keep the big dogs honest, you keep a Brian Estridge and a Hawkeye in place, ready to take over when contract negotiations go sour.

But the process appears to have only just begun. I'm seeing where Cumulus is attacking one market at a time, and DFW just hasn't made the hit list yet.

How in gods name is there ANYONE left to spare in cuts?

Massive cuts have been going on in the industry for years now. You'd think there wouldn't be anymore room to cut.
