PRESS RELEASEMay 9, 2006Bick Broadcasting Company has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell radio stations: KHMO-AM, KICK-FM, KPCR-AM and KRRY-FM (serving the Quincy, IL and Hannibal, MO) and KSDL-FM, KSIS-AM, and KXKX-FM (serving Sedalia, MO) to Double O Radio L.L.C.* Double O Radio has acquired fifteen stations so far in 2006 making them the fastest growing small and medium market broadcaster of the year. Terry Bond stated, Bud Janes has done a fine job making Bicks stations, leaders in their markets. I look forward to working with Bud in continuing to grow these stations. Media Services Group, Inc. acted as the exclusive broker in this transaction and represented Bick Broadcasting Company.
