Apparently, the owners took the station off the air after collecting money from advertisers for ads that will now not run. Some lively discussion is here https://www.facebook.com/ksetlive

This station had trouble from the very beginning with its nighttime coverage, which was never as good as promised or predicted.

Perhaps it could be an AM host for Houston's News 92 FM in the Triangle. Who knows what is planned.

Just curious about the current status of Beaumont-area stations 990-AM, 1340-AM and 1150-AM and 1250-AM -- are they still broadcasting?

I'm only aware of three of the stations listed actually being on the air consistently. 990 seems to be on the air infrequently, and when I have caught it the audio quality is very poor. The formats for the stations are:

990 - religious
1150 - Spanish
1250 - religious
1340 - Spanish
