KSEV interference

As everyone knows, KSEV is operating on reduced power.. Folks around Houston have been picking up some sort of weird interference.. A scope shows the interfering signal is between KIKK and KSEV. Anybody know what this might be?

Thats a scope on a ham transciever it looks like, so not exactly calibrated but fairly accurate
